About this course
This course will give you a method of setting up good relationships with your colleagues and customers.
Knowing the method, you will further develop a skill which is going to help you in all future relationships,
no matter what position you take or what business you do. You will learn both, the ways of building healthy
oral communication with colleagues/clients and using strategies of effective writing/messaging at work.
During the course, we will take a look at different psychological types of customers and some techniques
of building successful communication with each type.
There will be no exams or tests in the end of the source, but during our meetings we’ll do a number of
roleplays where we will imitate situations of real-life communication and discover ways to overcome shyness,
build-up self-confidence, adapt to individual manners of your customer, use body language in your favor,
and keep good relationships with them even if you belong to different psychological types.
